How It Works: From Matric to Financial Independence.
The Startup Mini-MBA Track
The Ultimate Business Blueprint for the Next Generation of Pakistani Founders.
Don’t wait until you’re 22 to learn how the economy works. Master global freelancing, e-commerce operations, and local business mechanics by age 18.
Real Skills vs. Theoretical Degrees
Traditional business schools teach you how to manage someone else’s massive corporation from a textbook. Our Startup Mini-MBA teaches you how to build your own cash-flowing asset from a laptop.
This track runs every single afternoon inside our dedicated business lab. It is 100% practical, zero-theory, and entirely outcome-driven.
The 4 Pillars of the Curriculum
Our curriculum is updated every quarter to reflect what is actually working in the digital and physical markets right now.
Pillar 1: Global Digital Services & Freelancing
Stop competing for low-wage local jobs. Learn how to export your skills to high-paying international markets.
- Platform Mastery: Building bulletproof, compliant profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Client Acquisition: Writing winning proposals, mastering video interviews, and pricing your services in US Dollars.
- High-Value Niches: Finding your focus in digital marketing, copy closing, web operations, or creative design.
Pillar 2: Local E-Commerce & Supply Chain
Pakistan’s e-commerce market is exploding. We teach you how to capture your slice of it.
- Product Sourcing: How to navigate wholesale hubs (like Shah Alam Market or Raja Bazar) and negotiate with suppliers.
- Store Architecture: Setting up highly optimized Shopify and Daraz storefronts.
- Logistics & Cash-On-Delivery (COD): Partnering with local couriers (TCS, Leopards, Trax) and managing return rates.
Pillar 3: Hyper-Targeted Digital Marketing
A great business is invisible without traffic. Learn the machinery behind viral growth and paid advertising.
- Paid Ad Engines: Launching, testing, and scaling profitable Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Organic Audience Building: Using short-form video content creation to build a loyal brand following for free.
- Conversion Optimization: The psychology of turning a random scroller into a paying customer.
Pillar 4: Proprietorship & Financial Mechanics
Learn the backend corporate rules to ensure your business grows on a solid legal foundation.
- Sole Proprietorship Setup: Navigating the FBR Iris portal, getting your NTN, and opening a dedicated commercial bank account.
- Bookkeeping & Cash Flow: Managing profit margins, reinvesting revenue, and tracking business expenses.
- International Payments: Setting up legal, secure payment rails (like Payoneer or partner digital wallets) to pull foreign client funds into Pakistan seamlessly.
We have engineered a streamlined path that strips away the fluff of the traditional schooling system. Here is your journey over the next two years:
- Step 1: Secure Your Seat & Workspace: Apply to the academy. Once accepted, you get your designated workstation at our physical campus with high-speed internet access.
- Step 2: Dual-Track Daily Routine: Attend the academy daily. Spend the morning clearing the core intermediate board syllabus, and spend the afternoon working directly on your digital business or freelance profiles.
- Step 3: Private Board Registration: Our administration handles the paperwork and logistics to register you as a Private Candidate with the official Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
- Step 4: Clear Exams & Launch: Sit for your official government board exams at the end of the term to claim your legal FA/F.Sc certificate, while walking out with an active, revenue-generating business.
Minimum Tech Requirements
To make the most of our hands-on business and freelancing labs, students are required to bring their own laptops. Your computer is your primary tool for building your business.
Below are the baseline specifications required to run modern freelancing platforms, digital marketing software, and basic e-commerce tools smoothly:
- Operating System: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) or macOS Catalina (or newer).
- Processor (CPU): Intel Core i3 (8th Generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 3, or Apple M1/M2 chips.
- Memory (RAM): 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB is highly recommended for multitasking between client video calls and business tools).
- Storage: 256 GB SSD (Solid State Drive). Avoid older HDDs, as they will slow down your daily work.
- Battery Life: A working battery capable of holding a charge for at least 2–3 hours.
- Essential Peripherals: A functional built-in webcam and microphone for attending mock international client interviews and presentations.
